First American Dies of Coronavirus, Raising Questions About U.S. Response

A citizen from the United States has died from the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China. The death has begun to raise questions about the State Department in regards to the safety of Americans in China who want to leave. The State Department has been defensive stating that it had evacuated around 850 Americans out of Wuhan, the center of the epidemic.

Total of U.S. troops wounded in Iranian missile strikes tops 100

109 U.S. troops have been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury, the Pentagon announced Monday. These injuries are due to the Iranian missile attack on a military base in Iraq last month. This attack was in response to the U.S. drone that killed Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

Team USA basketball: LeBron James, Stephen Curry headline list of 44 finalists for 2020 Tokyo Olympics roster

USA Basketball announced its 44 finalists who will compete for a spot in the final 12. This group will have a chance to win this summer at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. The final 12 roster sports will fill after the NBA season has concluded.
