Navigating stores normally is not an easy feat. Carts and aisles and lots of people can make the task challenging. But all of that can change very quickly.

When the United States shut down back in March of 2020, many stores and restaurants were forced to shut down, leaving online shopping to come into the forefront.

According to an article from Business Wire, 87% of U.S. consumers prefer to shop at stores that have touchless or robust self-checkout options.

Thanks to all of the technology we have during this crazy time, I personally have felt so much safer when it comes to shopping. I do not have to spend hours in stores, be within 6 feet of others, or have to worry about people without masks.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has not been easy for anyone, with so many different options to help prevent the spread of the virus, it has become clear that we will get through this together. The end is near!
